I just had a good night sleep in weeks. Not sure it is going to last the full day.

It's 11 am and I am still without headache.

Here is what I did differently last night.

  1. I took some magnesium supplements
  2. I clacked a window open to let some fresh air in

Here is what I've been doing.

  1. sleep without underwear.
